				 Before applying the technique try to memorize, steep by steep,
				the way from your bed or anywhere else you want leave the physical
				body and another determined place where you want to reach. If
				you are at home, for example, it can be the way between your bed
				and the kitchen. 
				Sitting in the bed as if your were ready to get up, observe and
				memorize carefully all the objects around you this is steep #1.
				Then, standing up beside the bed, observe and memorize all the
				objects around, this is steep #2. Proceed this way until you get
				the determined place. Go back to the bedroom. 
				Start with the psycho physical relaxation. Then, try to visualize
				in all details the existing objects in each steep as if you were
				really there until you reach the place. The most probable is that
				you are going to be out of the body before getting there. 
				The visualization technique is a variation of the above mentioned
				one. Before the experimentation the practitioner try to observe
				memorize a determined object in all angles and details. 
				After the psycho physical relaxation the practitioner must try
				to visualize the object-target in the most detailed way and in
				all the angles. Sometime during this proceeding the practitioner
				is going to be out of the body, observing in fact the object.
				The sensation is very clear and may last only a fraction of a
				second. It is up to you, practitioner to make it last as much
				as possible.
