Hello traveler, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Galford, lone samurai of American blood. The reason I have created this place was to explain and teach the art of "Role-Fighting".
Role fighting is a game which involves the power of imagination and the skills of an artist. He must take the pictures of the mind and transfer them to the minds of others. Role-fighting is the exchange of blows and spells in a world that is made by you and your enemy. My job is to help you make that world come alive!
Role-fighting is native to a chat-line called Animeigo. It is similar to RPG battles. It is not an actual RPG but it plays like a battle in one. Although it has many different formats and styles, role-fighting is usually a turn-based system (Player A attacks then Player B defends and attacks, etc) which involves two or more players.
The fun of role-fighting is that finally one can take the battles which he has had in his dreams and slowly create them in battle. Take your favorite character and take his role! Unfortunately, this has been hard for many and almost impossible for some. And even those who think they knew how to fight seem to feel like they really can't create the world they wanted. The following is your first step to achieving that purpose. To becoming a Role-fighter. I hope that I am able to be of service to you in your quest for knowledge. I am not the only one who will help you...for there are others like me who are willing and waiting to assist. Take your time. Practice hard...and please: Have fun.
The battle field is on a site called Animeigo. Here at animeigo you can see diferent types of anime translated by this company. They do a great job of it too and you should see their catalog. They are very good people and you should check it out. In the meantime you should also check out the Animeigo chat.
Here you can sign up your name email and avatar (32/32 pixels please) and have it reserved for free! It is indeed one of the most easiest chats to get into. You dont need any software (I got in with a certain companies laptop that had a black and white monitor...had a 1.4 mb HD...and it had a no graphics browser...and still got in...) So check it out. Here to do battle you must find an opponent (take your time and bring them into the Jurai Arena. A specific room reserved for this game. There you find ppl and ask them, and never fight in any other room than Jurai Arena. It is not polite and people will not like you for it. Take in mind that not everybody is going to want to fight. And maybe ppl wont give you the time of day (jerks. But you must be paitient. I assure you it is one of the best chats I have seen.
